5.30 è una camminata di circa 5 km che si svolge nel centro delle città alle 5.30 del mattino.
5.30 è basata sulla promozione di uno stile di vita attraverso il movimento, il cibo, la cultura, l’arte e l’esperienza, nel contesto in cui la gente vive e lavora. Tutto questo con un evento sostenibile e ad impatto zero!

The 5.30 is a 5K run/walk that takes place in the town centre at 5.30 in the morning before a regular business day. The 5.30 added value is the capacity to encourage positive emotions and to improve the quality of life of its participants:
• making people more aware of the benefits of exercise;
• an earlier start of the day allows the participants to fit in exercise without impacting their working day;
• allows the participant to experience the city in a brand new light, to create new perspectives.
